Our History
For over 100 years, Sacramento Rug Works has been Northern California’s premier company for all of your carpet and area rug needs. Since 1905, Sacramento Rug Works has specialized in rug and carpet care, ranging from handmade persian rugs to in-home carpet. Located at 65th Street and Folsom Blvd., the building was built around our massive rug-cleaning machine. It is one of only a few such machines currently operating on the West Coast.
In 1975, Sacramento Rug Works was the first company to introduce truck-mounted steam cleaning to Northern California. As an industry leader, we strive to stay ahead of the competition with the most efficient machinery and experienced technicians.
Our slogan “Every Rug Service” is the simplest way to explain our business. We offer every service related to rugs and carpet. We offer residential and commercial carpet cleaning, installation, remnant binding, repairs and more. Our experience in the industry means that we have seen and cleaned it all.
